Pool Tonic

A favourite product of our technicians is BioLab Pool Tonic.  This remarkable product removes phosphates and at least 10 other unwanted contaminants whilst also clarifying the pool water.  Pollen, rain pollution, dust, lotions and hair-care products, pet dander, dirt, skin oils and all sorts of unwanted material can be problematic in swimming pool water.  BioLab Pool Tonic takes care of all these and more.  Pool Tonic is great as the final clarifier following the clean up of a green or very dirty pool. 

The beauty of Pool Tonic is that the product and your filter do all the work.  No extra vacuuming is required.  Simply add 125ml of Pool Tonic for every 10,000 litres of pool water directly into the pool.  The water may go milky on addition but don’t worry, that’s normal.  Leave the filter to run for 48 hours or until the pool is clear then complete a backwash.  Keep an eye on your pressure gauge and backwash earlier if needed.  Instructions are on the bottle.

Pool Tonic can also be used as a maintenance product.  Great for use with any algaecide product or oxidiser (shock) when cleaning up a pool.
