Cost of delivery
All delivery pricing is based on the location and the weight or volume of the parcel, whichever is the greatest. Rural deliveries (RDs) will incur a surcharge. Deliveries to RD addresses will take an extra day over and above agreed delivery times. If your location is not available to select as a delivery, please contact the store during opening hours so we can quote the freight cost for you. For orders that include large/heavy items, the delivery charge will be as quoted per order to one address. We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.
We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 1-3 working days of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.
If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).
Delivery of DG and DGLQ.
Specialist freighting is required for Dangerous Goods (DG) and Dangerous Goods in Limited Quantities (DGLQ) items. DGLQ items under 25kg can be couriered but incur a higher shipping cost. DG items, regardless of weight, will be shipped with a specialist delivery provider. DG items incur a minimum freight charge. We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.
Inter-island deliveries of DG and DGLQ items is subject to available space on inter-island ferries and is generally only available one day per week. Please contact us if you require an estimated delivery date. Not all DG items are available for inter-island delivery. Please check the item details for this information. During holiday seasons like Easter and Christmas, extended delivery times for DG and DGLQ items can be expected due to their incompatibility with food deliveries.
Authority to Leave
All standard delivery orders will be attempted to be personally delivered to you with a signature obtained. However, in a situation where a signature cannot be obtained the courier driver has been given authority to leave the parcel in a safe place, unless a signature has been specifically requested. Any special delivery instructions that have been entered in as part of the checkout process will be followed (ie. Leave in letterbox or at backdoor).

Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier
We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address.
Delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order.
For standard item delivery, if you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, the courier driver has been given authority to leave the parcel in a safe place unless a signature has been specifically requested.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.
Delivery only within New Zealand
An overseas order may be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Currently, we do not deliver outside New Zealand.
Additional delivery charges
If applicable, estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location).

Great service and advice from these guys. Have had a pool for 10 years and was made aware of them a couple of years ago and the pool has never been better, regular water testing service and the correct info to fix and maintain pool water quality.
