Returns & Exchange Policy

CREDITS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

At Poolside Christchurch, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a credit or exchange within 30 days.  No refunds will be made except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act and/or the Fair Trade Act.

Return the item to our store either in person, by courier or post:

• The item must be in its original unused condition, complete with its original packaging and intact seal, instruction manuals etc
• Please bring/include your packing slip/receipt as it will serve as proof of purchase
• If the item is faulty, it may be sent to a supplier for assessment before a refund or exchange is offered.

Exceptions

The below items are excluded from this policy, except where they are faulty, so please choose carefully:

• Vouchers
• Liquid Chlorine
• Calibration Fluids
• Liquid Swimming Pool Acid

Cancellation

Your order can be cancelled at any time up until the order has been transferred to the delivery agent.  Orders for items that we do not normally keep instock can be cancelled, however you will be charged for the freight (if any) incurred by Poolside Christchurch procuring this item for you.  You will be advised in advance if this is the case.

Damaged Goods

Any goods received damaged must be notified to Poolside Christchurch within 48 hours of receipt.  Poolside Christchurch must notify the freight supplier of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  Any claim lodged for damage goods more than 48 hours after delivery is declined by the freight supplier.
