Pool & Spa Servicing Plans
Kiwis tend to be ‘do-it-yourself’ types but managing a pool without the knowledge or experience of a professional isn’t easy. You have to know what to look for. Our professional technicians can attend to your pool consistently making sure that routine maintenance is taken care of and reducing the likelihood that issues will go unnoticed.
No one wants their family or friends to get sick from swimming in their pool! Our experts understand the importance of getting the chemicals right and they know how to keep your pool clean and healthy.
When you hire Poolside you can relax knowing that your swimming pool is in good hands. At the completion of each service, we email you a report including the tasks completed, water test results, and a photo of the pool.
We offer two regular pool servicing options suitable for most pools. We can also tailor a solution specially designed for your pool. Servicing is available on a weekly, fortnightly, or four-weekly schedule.
Premium Pool Service
Our Premium Pool Service Plan gives you complete peace-of-mind and includes:
- check all equipment is functioning correctly
- backwash the filter – when required
- check and clear skimmer basket/s
- check and clear pump basket/s
- manually test water poolside for chlorine and pH – adjust as required
- scoop leaves and debris from the pool – when required
- vacuum swimming pool – when required
- brush pool walls
- full water analysis – 3 monthly or as necessary
- top up chemicals and balance water – when required as per water test
- available weekly or fortnightly from 1 October to 31 March
- available weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly 1 April to 30 September
Essential Pool Service
We offer an Essential Pool Service Plan to keep your pool water healthy, which includes:
- check all equipment is functioning correctly
- backwash filter – when required
- check and clear skimmer basket/s
- check and clear pump basket/s
- manually test water poolside for chlorine and pH – adjust as required
- full water analysis – 3 monthly or as necessary
- top up chemicals – when required
- balance water – this is done every three months or as necessary. There is an additional charge to cover the time taken to prepare and add chemicals. Cost of chemicals is additional
- Available weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly all year round
Spa Pool Service
Our Spa Pool Service is only available to clients with a Premium or Essential Pool Service and includes:
- check equipment is functioning correctly
- hose off / clean cartridge filter or backwash filter
- test water – add chemical when required
- vacuum spa – when needed
- top up chemicals – when required
- full water analysis – monthly or as necessary
- advise when your spa pool needs to be drained, cleaned and refilled (drain/clean/refill is an additional cost)
