When New Zealand moves to alert level 3 from Tuesday 28 April we will resume operations. Our service technicians will be returning to the field and our store will resume supplying products. It will not be a case of business as usual, but it will be business!
Our team have plenty of hand sanitiser and gloves and are maintaining physical distance with each other at work and with our clients.
The retail store will be operating with the doors closed/locked.
How to book a visit from a pool technician
We are prioritising work for our regular service clients but we have the capacity to do additional repairs and maintenance. Contact us if you need a visit from a Poolside technician, either urgent or not, and we will get in touch with you. Please email, email@example.com, with details of the issue. Include your name, address, phone number and if possible a photo of the pool and any equipment that needs repair or maintenance etc.
How to purchase pool and spa supplies
Order from our online store or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order. We have good supplies of most products and our main suppliers have advised us they have excellent supplies available to us. Stockpiling is unnecessary.
Purchase of liquid chlorine requires the exchange of a Poolside liquid chlorine container. If you have a stockpile of our empty containers at home please contact us as we would like to get them back so they can be refilled.

- Contactless store pick-up
Contactless store pick-up will be the fastest way to access your order. Pick-ups will be made by appointment. We have a clear process to follow for this. Click here to download the store pick-up information.
Courier delivery is available to all areas of New Zealand. We have received notification from our courier providers that they expect delivery times to be at least 3-4 days longer than normal due to the anticipated high volumes of small parcels about to flood the market as we move to level 3. Please be patient. Not all of our products can be delivered by courier. If necessary please contact us via email, email@example.com, as another delivery option may be available for you.
Delivery by a Poolside technician will be available on a limited basis. Please contact us if you would like a delivery.
Water testing is available
From Tuesday 28 April we will be able to test your swimming pool and spa pool water samples. You can either leave your sample for us to test and we will email the results to you, or by arrangement you can wait in your car while we test your water.
